I like the 1:4 tinctures for sleep.

Now in my 70's I've had many injuries and surgeries, back ,shoulder, arm, reattached muscle surgery, and broken knees and ribs from dirt bike mishaps. When you get older these injuries come back to haunt you and bring whit them arthritis pain. 1 ml of this tincture in the morning not only reduces these pains, it also helps with mental clarity. It's subtle, you don't really notice anything but at the end of the day you realize you've been alert and pain free all day, and it's been a good day. Just don't take it at night or when you want too sleep.

The Japanese knotweed tincture is helpful for my residual Lyme symptoms. An added bonus might be that it is one of two new things I started taking in the fall, and my bad cholesterol dropped 50 points, I’ve been trying for years to do that! The other herb I’ve been using is moringa.. anyhow I love the knotweed& your “evolve” formulas!

Harmony Acres Amanita is the highest quality that I have found. It helps me sleep, takes away pain and soothes frayed nerves. I tried to make a tincture myself and it was good but this is better.

Pantherina caps smell so nutty and taste very delicious, microdose upon waking with intention togo back to sleep with better dreams and it worked! Nice to have in the evening before bed just eating a bite or two makes me sleepy no need to decarb for me pantherina in microdose. Just smelling the bag is amazing experience .

I have been able to titrate my nightly Trazadone doses to intermittent dosages at 1/2 what I was taking by making a tea with ground blue lotus flower, chamomile, lavender, and valerian root.

These lotus flowers are potent and very effective. Highly recommend these if you are seeking BLF. They are very high-quality.
